ORDER FULFILLMENT & CONFIRMATION

Once your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation by email. 

In the unlikely event an order contains any item that is unavailable for any reason we will contact you and refund any charges associated with that item. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING
We ship using FedEx within the Continental U.S. only. We can not ship to a P.O. Box. You will receive a tracking number after your order is shipped.

Please call the shop at (843) 577-7633 with any special requests.

Please do not leave the phone number field on your purchase order blank. It is required by our shipper. We will not call unless absolutely required by the shipper.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING RATES - CONTINENTAL US
Shipping rates vary based on the quantified total and the zone to which it is shipped.  Shipping rates range from $10.00 to $20.00, and are quantified at the time of checkout and payment.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If any item is received damaged by the shipper, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging and boxing materials. We may not be able to process a claim without them.
