This site was created with our customers in mind, many of you have been to our shop, and know and trust that we will offer you the best shopping experience possible. We also hope to serve new costumers who have not had the pleasure of visiting our beautiful city. Designing and stocking our online shop is a new experience for us and we hope to be as efficient as possible. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your shopping or browsing experience.
Because of the nature of the products we carry, we take extra care in making sure the products sent to you are in optimum condition. Our vintage items are selected in part because their condition is generally excellent for their age...much like we hope to be! Keep in mind, that although they may look shiny & new, they are delicate. Treat them with care.
We pack all items carefully. We use recycled materials if possible.
If you are sending a gift and would like us to give it an extra special touch, just let us know. One of the Proprietors of Lily is alway on staff during regular business hours and will be happy to answer your email or calls.
If you prefer not to use the website for your order you may place your order by telephone.

PAYMENT
We accept payment via American Express, Discover, Visa and Master Card. You can also pay by direct bank transfer or from your checking or savings account via Paypal
ORDER FULFILLMENT & CONFIRMATION
Once your order is placed we will send you an order confirmation by email.
In the unlikely event an order contains any item that is unavailable for any reason we will contact you and refund any charges associated with that item. Your order will be processed within 48 hours of receipt of payment.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
We pack each order ourselves and ship FEDEX within the Continental US from our Charleston shop. If you would like to place an order to be shipped to other areas please call us directly to place your order. We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.

DAMAGES
If any item is received damaged by the shipper, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Please keep all packaging and boxing materials. We may not be able to process a claim without them.
REFUND POLICY
CANDLES, LOTIONS, FRAGRANCES, FOOD PRODUCTS, and all VINTAGE are Final Sale: Sorry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products.
ALL OTHER PRODUCTS:If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 14 days at your expense for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT only. We do not issue refunds of any kind. All returns must be in unused, unworn condition and in the original packaging. Please call us to make arrangements. Please do not return an item to us without prior authorization, we do not accept unauthorized packages and your package will returned to you at your cost. We recommend that you return the item via an insured carrier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post), and that you insure the item for its full value. Make sure to retain all postal and insurance receipts to protect you in case the item is damaged or lost in transit.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect only the information needed to process your transaction.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify and our payment gateway is PayPal. Both trusted names in the world of commerce. All your payment information is processed through Paypal. Your information is protected by Paypal's SSL Encryption for the highest level of Internet Security.
